On July 18, 2020, SinoUnited Health's first clinic, the Shanghai Centre Clinic, held its expansion, upgrade and reopening ceremony, marking another huge step SinoUnited Health has taken to further solidify its foundation of medical service and optimize its medical environment for patients.

With its expanded area of 1,000m² and more than 20 brand new consulting rooms now interlinked with outpatient services on the 6th floor, the Shanghai Centre Clinic aims to provide medical services covering around 15 primary specialties.

Its growth and operation as SinoUnited Health's flagship clinic will not only continue to enhance the quality of healthcare in Jing'an district, but also provide more convenient and comprehensive services to their clients.

The accomplishment of the newly expanded area is a new and critical chapter in the development of Shanghai Centre Clinic. Dr. Kathy Shi, CEO of SinoUnited Health explained:

“I am very excited to be here at the Shanghai Centre Clinic’s new expansion ceremony today! Since we started our first outpatient department on the 6th floor in this same building in 2016, SinoUnited Health has expanded to five branch clinics across Shanghai. The scope of our medical services also expanded to include more than 20 different departments and disciplinaries.

“I would like to thank the Shanghai Municipal government for the consistent support. I thank our clients for the trust they have placed in us. And now a big applaud to our team! YOU are truly amazing. Throughout the past four years of our growth, you have shown the best teamwork and work ethnics anyone can ask for. I am very proud of you. Healthcare is a high calling. We are committed to improve our medical services to provide even higher quality and heartwarming care for our communities.”

“Shanghai Centre Clinic is the first clinic of SinoUnited Health. It’s not only the birthplace for SinoUnited Health, but also the cradle of our vision, commitment and work culture. I am amazed to see how in such a short time we completed the new expansion project and open in such a special time.

“And I know it’s you, our team of professionals in all areas, that get the full credit. When we work together, we will elevate our medical services to a new higher level. Our vision is to be the healthcare provider with highest quality and professionalism as well as a most caring supporter and partner for our clients.”
